Born in Tallinn, Estonia, Mirell began her dance training in Los Angeles at the Yuri Grigoriev School of Ballet. She continued her pre professional training at the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet under the direction of Marcia Dale Weary. In additional to dance, she found herself drawn to the stage in other capacities which lead to acting and modeling. She has since performed with numerous professional dance companies and theatre groups. She is actively  performing and modeling in Estonia, San Francisco, Los Angeles, London, and New York.

Mirell holds a B.A. degree in Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
